  • Rocket Yoga

    Rocket Yoga is designed to increase flexibility, strength and balance in the body, while also promoting a sense of calm and focus in the mind. It is an intense practice that is suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis, as the series of poses can be modified to suit different levels of fitness and abilities.

                     It's designed to lengthen your muscles, identify &                               build strength in weaker areas, prevent injury and                             pro-long your fitness activities as well as and                                       introduce you to stress relieving mindful techniques                         to calm the nervous system.

    Pilates invites us to move efficiently, in a way that strengthens, rehabilitates and prevents injuries. We will be using  tools, breath, imagery and awareness to ensure a positive movement experience. This is an inclusive class that brings focus to specific areas of the body, whilst working in different planes of motion and mobility which will support your day to day life and other physical  practices.

  • Yang Yoga

    Yang Fiery Yoga** is a dynamic and intense style of yoga that focuses on building heat, strength, and stamina in the body. It is characterized by a vigorous sequence of poses, often incorporating elements of power yoga or vinyasa flow, where movements are synchronized with the breath. The practice is designed to ignite the inner fire, or "Agni," which in yogic philosophy refers to the transformative energy that fuels digestion, metabolism, and overall vitality.

  • Ashtanga

                      Ashtanga is a set sequence of asanas, it is a  very                            dynamic and athletic form of Hatha yoga. The                                    postures are in a fixed order. It is rooted in vinyasa                            with a flowing movements between postures, the                              focus is on energy and breath. 

                      While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes                          mental clarity and inner peace.

  • Tula Gold - Yoga Sculpt

                     “TULA-GOLD” 
                      Aimed at the more mature person offers a holistic                            approach to sculpturing both mind and body.

                      Join us on this Class where we blend breath work(                            clarity and calm mind)
                      Yoga postures ( strength and flexibility )
                      And light hand weights ( building bone density) 
                      These will be fun, uplifting classes, you'll leave                                    feeling strong , clear minded and ready to take on                            the world!
