At Tula offers young people an holistic approach to wellness, Yoga is such a positive practice, studies show children who take up yoga at this age have a much smoother transition through adolescence.

This is a side of Tula that is just growing and growing, the children already taking part in these sessions are reaping the benefits and we aim to teach the children to develop good habits that they can take on with them into adulthood!
